Thanks for the feedback. Touring each week in order to see all of the new listings is an essential part of being a well informed agent. We tour every home in Belmont each week in order to be knowledgeable about our local market. We also tour nearby cities for specific clients and to keep abreast of the market in general. As you can imagine, that’s very time consuming and expensive.
We report back to our clients with specific information on the homes we felt might best suit their needs.
The weekly new listing posts began simply take up too much of our time and although it does add value, our clients are already privy to our insight with weekly updates on homes we toured for them.
If you’d like more information on a specific property you see pop up on your listing alert, drop us an email and we’ll get right back to you with more details. We’d be glad to keep an eye out for the right home for you.
Thanks for checking in with us and we always appreciate hearing from our readers.

I'm bummed you won't be doing the weekly market updates. I get the auto-listing updates from another source but always read your updates because of the added commentary on the new listings. I felt like I was getting a real estate expert's opinion. It's like the difference between just getting the scores from the games vs. having the sports reporter give the analysis and put it all into context. Or I saw your weekly updates adding the extra sauce to turn a bit of data into information.
