You bring up an interesting point that is another "Myth" I should have included. The attorneys for real estate firms are there for the agents—they are NOT your council and they will direct you to seek your own council should any problem arise.

That was actually quite interesting and you're right, I wouldn't know to ask that question. But what about the "big corporate broker's" (as you call them) lawyers, do you have them to protect me as well?
